Taking the first step toward therapy can feel both exciting and overwhelming. I’m glad you’re here and considering support for your well-being. Below are some commonly asked questions to help you get a sense of what working together might look like.

  • Therapy can be helpful for anyone navigating life changes, stress, motherhood, relationships, identity shifts, or emotional overwhelm. If you’re looking for a supportive, judgment-free space to process your experiences and learn practical tools, therapy may be a great fit.

    • Life transitions

    • Relationship patterns

    • Self-esteem and identity

    • Coping skills and emotional regulation

You don’t have to filter yourself or worry about being a burden; this space is truly for you.

  • You don’t need to show up polished or put together, just show up as yourself. Whether you’re in your sweatpants, juggling mom-life chaos, or needing a quick break during session, it’s all okay.

This is a real, human space where it’s normal to laugh, cry, swear, get frustrated, or take a breath. Your authenticity is welcome, and comfort is the priority.

  • Therapy is a collaborative process. I bring clinical expertise, tools, and support; you bring your experiences, honesty, and willingness to explore. Together, we’ll identify the patterns, stressors, and goals that matter most to you and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline. The length of therapy depends on your goals, what you’re navigating, and how deeply you want to explore. Some clients come for short-term support during a difficult season, while others benefit from longer-term growth work.

  • Clients often find therapy most helpful when they:

    • Show up consistently

    • Practice skills between sessions

    • Stay open and honest

    • Jot down thoughts, questions, or challenges that come up during the week
